Dr. Christos Kampakos is a child psychiatrist and an autism specialist who leads the clinical and diagnostic work for children and teenagers at Atypical Center. He works across our two Athens locations alongside our speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists and special educators.
His focus is on a careful, interdisciplinary diagnosis for children and teens: understanding the whole picture rather than a single label, and translating findings into a practical plan that families can act on. For adults who wonder about the spectrum, our team offers screening guidance, therapy and support rather than a formal diagnosis. He is available for consultations, including for English-speaking families.
